Would you like to gain practical experience in project management and contribute to one of the Witt Group's largest transformation programs? Then join our Program Management Office (PMO)!

Our team manages the implementation of a company-wide transformation program focused on introducing new ERP and CRM solutions and continuously developing our system landscape. As a Working Student, you will work closely with the project team, take on responsibility from an early stage, and gain valuable insights into the management of complex business and IT projects.

It goes without saying that you can take advantage of the benefits of mobile office and remote work in your job. We enable mobile working wherever the activity allows, using mobile devices and online tools.

Your tasks

Coordinate the onboarding of new program team members, including setting up access rights, user accounts and service requests
Maintain project documentation, filing structures and program materials to keep the Program Management Office well organized
Organize and support project meetings and workshops, including coordinating meeting rooms, catering and internal stakeholders
Support project controlling by preparing reports and creating dashboards in eazyBI
Maintain and continuously improve collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
Contribute to internal project communication by creating newsletters, Microsoft Teams posts and other communication formats

Your profile

Studies in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Business Psychology or a comparable degree program
Interest in project management and digital transformation
Basic technical understanding and enthusiasm for learning new tools and systems
Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent way of working
Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
German language skills are a plus
Team spirit, strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
